With a few of their closest friends in tow, Emma + Peter met me before dawn, on a windy December morning at Rattlesnake Lake, with one goal in mind:

We hiked up to the ledge in the cold and darkness, they changed into their wedding clothes, and then said the most beautiful vows with a gorgeous view of Snoqualmie Pass. Such an incredible morning!

We rented a car and road tripped around the entire country - and in order to meet up with some other groups of friends, we did not necessarily take the route that made the most sense, hence the 25+ hours of driving. Ancient castles, wavering cliffs, unbelievable rock formations, and endless fries (aka "chips") made for an experience of a lifetime.
